Musings: How to convert amr files into mp3?

I have recorded some file in my Nokia 6300 mobile and downloaded it to my computer. It was saved as .amr file.
I wanted to convert it into mp3 format but could not find any easy way to do it. After some search I found one site which converts into many types of file formats.
