Close call for passengers on board Indian Airlines flight  

New Delhi, Jun 15: It was a close call for 102 passengers on board an Indian Airlines flight as the as two tyres of the IC 113 plane burst on landing at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport, Delhi on Tuesday, Jun 15.
All the passengers on board the the Mumbai-Bhopal-Indore-Delhi flight managed to escape what could have been a massive disaster unhurt. The evacuation process is now underway.
An emergency has been declared.
When the aircraft with the deflated tyres was taxiing towards the parking bay smoke arose indicating that something was wrong.
