Mail Today, Manoj Sharma To Replace Suresh Balakrishnan As COO

Manoj Sharma to replace Suresh Balakrishnan as COO of MailToday. Mail Today Business Head Suresh Balakrishnan, who resigned in January and has been serving his notice period till now will replace by Manoj Sharma, who was India Today Group Business Head after Rakesh Sharma declined to join as COO.Mail Today is a newspaper established in November 2007, and published by the India Today Group in a joint venture with British newspaper Daily Mail (which is part of the Associated Newspapers Group). Associated Newspapers holds 26% stake which it bought at Rs. 18 Crore. Currently there is one edition of the paper published from Delhi which consists of 48 pages.According to sources, Manoj Sharma will be resuming office this week and he will report into Ashish Bagga, CEO, India Today Group. Manoj Sharma will replace Suresh Balakrishnan, the outgoing COO of the compact daily who resigned in January and has been serving his notice period till now.
