ICC Champions Trophy 2009: Schedule and fixture

New Delhi: Stage is all set for the ICC Champions Trophy 2009 beginning from September 22 in South Africa. ICC Champions Trophy, also known as Mini World Cup, will be real test of characters among the top eight cricket playing nations.

A total 15 matches will be played during this year's ICC Champions Trophy. The eight teams are divided into two groups i.e. A and B.

In the Group A: India, Pakistan, Australia and West Indies will vie for semis berth while in Group B: Sri Lanka South Africa, New Zealand and England will lock horns.

The top two teams from each group will clash in Semi Finals.

Following is the ICC Champions Trophy Schedule 2009: The host South Africa will take on Sri Lanka in the Opening match of ICC Chapions Trophy 2009.
