Austral Coke & Projects Declines After Fund-Raising Restricted  

Sept. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Austral Coke & Projects Ltd., an Indian maker of metallurgical coke, fell as much as 5 percent in Mumbai trading after India’s stock market regulator yesterday barred it from raising more funds.

Shares in Austral were trading at 47.85 rupees as of 9:57 a.m. local time.

Austral Coke said in an e-mailed statement that it was seeking a legal opinion regarding the order.
