The idea for this movie might have come from the fact that the Mayan calendar ends in 2012, which could mean the end of the world ?!
Sony has released a 5 min video from the forthcoming disaster flick “2012,” which show actor John Cusack andAmanda Peet struggling to rush out of a city that’s destroyed to pieces by a huge earthquake.
The movie 2012 is written and directed by Roland Emmerich, who made mega successful films as “Independence Day,” “Godzilla” and “The Day After Tomorrow.”
“2012″ will released worldwide in theaters on November 13th 2009
