IMPORTANT POINTS FOR INFORMATION TO THE CANDIDATES
A)
As you are aware, on account of overwhelming response to our advertisement, we are arranging this examination in six sessions on three Sundays (2 Sessions on each Sunday) i.e. 08th, 15th & 22nd November 2009. For streamlining the entire process, we have prepared and issued the Call letters in six different colors for each day and each session.
Please note, if it is detected later on that a candidate has appeared in the written examination in more than one session, his/her candidature will be cancelled.

Candidates are being informed for the written examination in the following sequence.

Candidate has to submit the call letter along with the original Cash Deposit Receipt (Challan) or suitable letter from Bank’s branch where fee is deposited (in case original is lost), failing which he/she will not be allowed to write the examination.(MOST IMPORTANT)
D)
It is observed that a few candidates have registered more than once. We have filtered those entries as far as possible and call letters has been issued based on the last entry.The corresponding registration number and password related to the last entry has been retained by us for final processing.
E)
Candidates have also been informed through their registered e-mail ID, informing their final registration number and password i.e. the one that has been retained by us for final processing.
F)
You are aware that the computer recognizes two or more same named persons, with even slight variation, as different entity (viz. Rajasekhar S, Rajasekhar S. and S.Rajasekhar). We therefore do not rule out issuance of more than one call letter to the same candidate. It is also possible that the candidates may have fed different details in different registrations (viz. caste, Date of Birth etc.) while registering on-line.
Those candidates, who have received more than one call letter, should staple all those call letters received by them keeping the correct one on top and hand them over to the Invigilators in the examination hall/room alongwith the original Cash Deposit Receipt (Challan)
Please note, if it is detected later on that a candidate has appeared in the written examination in more than one session, his/her candidature will be cancelled.

Candidates who wish to correct their personal data
Candidates who wish to correct their personal data viz. Spelling mistake in the Name, Mistake in Category, Date of Birth, and Percentage of Marks etc may indicate their correct data in the call letter & Side-1 of the Answer sheet at the time of written examination by way of writing correct data in the appropriate columns & darkening respective oval properly. They will also have to make changes in the call letter by way of correcting the wrong data with correct one & putting signature over the cutting.
Please note that NO further change in the details submitted at the time of examination will be entertained later on at any stage.

Candidates who have registered ON-LINE.
Call letters have been dispatched to all the registered candidates by post under certificate of posting and also intimated by email & SMS. In all probabilities, they will be getting the call letters up to 02.11.2009.

Candidate who has registered on-line but could not get the call letters up to 02.11.2009.
Valid candidates who don’t receive call letter up to 02.11.2009 may download duplicate Call letters from the website ( website address will be provided in the last week of October 2009 ) wherefrom the candidate will have to enter his Registration ID withpassword or Date of Birth

Candidates who have registered on-line & don’t receive call letter up to 02.11.2009 & are also unable to download duplicate Call letters from Bank’s website, such candidates will be issued Provisional Call letter on production of ORIGINAL Cash Deposit Receipt (Challan) & photo identity document for identification. from Bank’s Local Head Offices (As mentioned in the detailed advertisement) from 03.11.2009 to 6.11.2009 between 10.00 a.m. and 05.30 p.m
NO PROVISIONAL ROLL NUMBER/CALL LETTER WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 06.11.2009

Change in Centre allocated for any reason.
Centre has been filled in by the candidates, AS SUCH NO REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN VENUE/CENTRE WILL BE ENTERTAINED.

Candidates who have received more than one call letter
Candidate should check the details on the call letters and whichever they found to be correct they should put that call letter on top and staple all other call letters with it. Paste the Photograph on the call letter on top and hand over the same to the Invigilator in the examination venue. Please note, if it is detected later on that a candidate has appeared in the written examination in more than one session, his/her candidature will be cancelled.

Candidates who have lost their Original Cash Deposit Receipt (Challan)
They will have to obtain suitable letter from the Bank’s branch where fee was deposited failing which he/she will not be allowed to write the examination
(MOST IMPORTANT)

Documents required at the examination Centre
1. Call Letter with photograph affixed &
2. Original Cash Deposit Receipt (Challan) or letter from the Bank’s branch where fee was deposited in case of loss of original.

In case candidate do not have Call Letter with photograph affixed on it &/or Original Cash Deposit Receipt (Challan) or suitable letter from the Bank’s branch where fee was deposited have misplaced them.
SUCH CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO WRITE THE WRITTEN TEST.
Both the documents are MUST for appearing in the written examination.

Fee remitted Rs 50/- instead of Rs 250/- or vice versa
Candidature of General and OBC category candidates will be rejected. In case of SC/ST/PWD/ XS candidates, their candidature will remain valid.

Qualification of Scribe
The academic qualification of the scribe should be one grade lower than XII th Standard i.e X th Standard
General Instructions
a)Candidates are advised to paste their recent passport size photograph on the call letter at the designated place and should put their full signature across it. Only after pasting the photograph and putting the signature on the call letter, Call letter will be treated as a valid document to appear in the examination. Signature and thumb impression will again be taken at the time of examination in the presence of the invigilator.
b)Candidates should ascertain exact location of the venue well in advance of the date of examination. In some unavoidable circumstances, a venue may have to be changed and such changes will be advised in the local media.
c)The admission to the written examination is based on the declarations made by candidates in their application and is strictly provisional without verification of age / qualification / caste / category of the candidates with respective documents.The mere fact that the call letter has been issued to the candidate does not imply that his/her candidature has been finally accepted/cleared by the Bank or that the entries made by the candidate in his/her on-line application have been accepted by the Bank as true and correct. The Bank will carry out a verification of eligibility conditions only at the time of interview of the candidates who qualify for being called for interview on the basis of their performance in the written examination.
d)As such, candidates are to ensure that he / she fulfils the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned in our advertisement. In case it is detected at any stage including after appointment, that the candidate does not possess the requisite qualification or has suppressed any information, his / her candidature/service will be liable to be cancelled.
