Rathore's anticipatory bail plea dismissed

The Panchkula court on Friday dismissed the bail plea of former Haryana DGP SPS Rathore in the Ruchika Girhotra molestation case. With the dismissal of the bail application, Rathore's arrest is expected soon.The court was to take up Rathore's anticipatory bail plea in connection with two fresh FIRs while notices were issued by the High Court on a PIL for a thorough probe in the Ruchika molestation case.
