Rupees 150 is issued by Reserve Bank of India. On the occasion of the 150th anniversary year of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore. The 150 Rupees coin is 40 mm in diameter and it weighs about 35 grams.High level Committee for 150rs coin reflects on serious commitment of Center to commemorate befitting manner Rabindranath Tagore anniversary in this year.
