IT monarch Sam Pitroda has been ordained as the Advisor to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Infrastructure, Innovation and Information.68-year-old Pitroda, who was ordained to the newborn place on Tuesday, module hit the surpass of a Cabinet Minister.
