Chennai, Sep 3: Condoling the death of the Andra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhar reddy, who was killed in a chopper crash, the Tamil Nadu CM M Karunanidhi has declared a holiday for Govt offices and educational institutions across the state.
